“Peanut Butta” is sticky, like something you might want to stick into. The keyboard is some kind of '70s clavinet, but the groove has an almost hip-hop vibe, like if Stevie Wonder had been hanging with Dr. Dre. If you started the album walking down the street, now you've arrived somewhere, some kind of room, some kind of party. It's full of people—a wild scene that might intimidate a shy individual, but that's not you. You're cool. Untouchable. Embodied by the music, you're unflinchable, unfadable. But there's so much sizzle in the music, like what's happening in this room is dirty, really dirty, but you like it. You want to be part of it. Echoes of mind and self disappear.
